Scotch Heavy Duty Masking Tape 244 has a smooth, yellow paper backing and a 0.085 mm thick synthetic adhesive. The tape is particularly resistant to UV light and waterproof. It has good temperature resistance (100 °C).
This adhesive tape can be used for a wide range of masking applications. These include, in particular, applications where UV light resistance and residue-free removal as well as an optimum temperature of 100 °C over 30 minutes are required (such as in the marine market).
