Properties
UNA-PUR DE 4259x(gloss level) is a lightfast and transparent, acrylate-based topcoat. Thanks to its versatile application options and uncomplicated processing, DE 4259x(gloss level) is ideal as a topcoat on all common types of wood and also as an excellent finishing lacquer on Hesse PU coloured lacquers. With its very good adhesion properties, DE 4259x(gloss level) can also be applied to bleached wood types in gloss levels from dull matt to glossy.
DE 4259x(gloss level) has been tested by the French CSTB and classified as non-flammable according to the French standard M1. The coating is also flame-retardant in accordance with DIN 4102-B1.
UNA-PUR has been tested for food contact with the PU hardener DR 4070-0070 and is confirmed in this respect by a declaration of conformity from
Areas of application
DE 4259x(gloss level) can be used in all shop/interior fittings, including kitchens and bathrooms as well as ship interiors. At the same time,DE 4259x(gloss level) can be used in different hardening variants depending on the application.
